Our Story

I am Arin DeMay, and my story begins 6 years ago when I first visited “The” Wines of Colorado while vacationing in Colorado. I stopped in for wine and a bite to eat, sat right next to the creek, and instantly fell in love with Cascade! In fact, I moved here 6 months later; right up the road from Wines of Colorado!

For the last few years, I have driven by every day and come to love this magical place. I often mention that if this place ever came up for sale, I would do whatever I could to carry on the local tradition at this wonderful location.

Well, in October 2021, I saw the opportunity when the for-sale sign went up! After a couple of months of hard work and brainstorming, I was fortunate enough to become the owner of our wonderful local landmark!

I have been continuing to learn, working hard to update the space, and meeting so many wonderful friends in our community! I look forward to welcoming all my friends and neighbors, family, and tourists alike to this fantastic place!

I have wonderful wines, beer and spirits, all from our beautiful state of Colorado. The food is made with love, passion, and dedication to serve all those who join me! I can’t wait to welcome and meet you!
